Deleted Topic
Normally it is the policy for an admin/moderator to inform the poster when his/her post/topic gets deleted. I can't see why the policy should be different here. A detailed answer, IMHO, would suffice as it took me a while to write out that topic when I could have been doing other things. I don't want to cause an argument, but I can't see why I should upload my mods on a site where the admins and moderators abuse authors the right to be notified when a topic is deleted.
Thankyou.

Re: Deleted Topic
I sent you a PM explaining why your topic got deleted around 9:30 my time (GMT -6). Due to my correcting a typo, it may appear to have been sent at 6:28 PM my time (GMT -6). Let me recap. I thought the topic was pushing it, but decided to give it a chance. Then you post "For God's sake, I don't know why I even bothered". At that point I put my foot down and deleted the topic. You give out pretty good advice about things best being left for PMs, but then you go around on 1C and here posting as if you want to start a flame war.
I think there's something better than deleting for this. Topic locked.
